1. How do I register for Internet Banking?
Print our Internet Banking Agreement. Then, fill out the agreement completely. Fax the agreement or mail it to us.

You will be contacted when your online access is completed. And, you will receive instructions for your initial logon including your first-time sign on and password information.
2. Who is responsible when individuals other than myself make transactions from my accounts using Internet Banking?
You are responsible for all transfers, payments, and other transactions you authorize using Canyon State Internet Banking. If you permit other people to use your PIN to access Internet Banking and you are responsible for any resulting transactions from your linked Accounts. We will not be liable for and will not reimburse you for any losses that may occur as a result of this authorized use of your PIN. You are responsible for keeping your PIN confidential.
3. Why do I sometimes get disconnected?
If you are getting "timed-out" while you are in Internet Banking, remember that Canyon State Internet Banking automatically disconnects after 20 minutes of inactivity.
