1. What balances can I view on Canyon State Internet Banking? Internet Banking allows you to see information on all accounts and sub accounts that you are an owner (accounts that have your Social Security Number). If one of your accounts is not displaying, please contact us at memberservice@canyonstatecu.org or call 623.580.6000 or 800.224.3330 to link your accounts.
2. How many transfers can I make between my Canyon State accounts? The number of times you can transfer funds between certain accounts and/or make payments from certain accounts is limited by law. You may make a total of six preauthorized, automatic, or telephone transfers and/or payments per month from your savings or money market accounts.
3. How do transactions affect the balances I see online?
When you transact business on your accounts through the branch, ATM, telephone, or using Internet Banking, your transactions are immediately reflected in your current balance(s) on Canyon State Internet Banking. These transactions are usually seen on the Account Details screen immediately. Some transactions such as Visa Check Card purchases may take longer to appear on the Account Details screen; generally within 2 to 3 business days. |
