Access your accounts via the telephone. Keep current on your account balances or transaction information. You can even transfer and withdrawal funds over the phone!
Sign-Up for Phone Banking
1. Call us at 623.580.6000 or 800.224.3330
2. # Press option 4 to connect directly to Phone Banking.
3. Enter your account number followed by the pound sign (#).
4. You will be prompted to enter the primary member's Social Security Number followed by the pound sign (#). 5. Enter a four to 10-digit password/PIN. (It cannot begin with a zero. Only you will know your password/PIN; you will enter the same one each time you call.)
After you assign a password, call us and we'll mail you an agreement and disclosures. Please sign and return the agreement. When we have the signed agreement on file, you will be granted full access and be able to perform monetary transactions (transfers & withdrawals).

Press 2: To transfer funds
Press 3: To withdraw funds
Press 4: For a different member number
Press 5: For other services
Press 6: For loan services
Press 7: For a lost or stolen ATM card
Press 8: For a lost or stolen Debit card
Press 9: For a lost or stolen Credit card
Press 0: To talk with a Member Service Representative
